ABOUT THE ROLEAs a Trade Compliance Analyst, you will support
Peloton in its execution of trade compliance strategy and ensure
ongoing compliance with cross-border customs and other trade
compliance requirements, wherever Peloton operates or conducts
business. Reporting to Peloton's VP, Head of Safety, Ethics and
Compliance, you will be part of Peloton's global compliance and
ethics program, focusing on trade compliance, work with customs
brokers, and management of third-party risks, oversee Peloton's
Customs brokers, ensure timely, accurate & compliant payments of
import duties, and generally maintain & strengthen Peloton's
"reasonable care" controls. The ideal candidate for this role has
experience with trade compliance work in a consumer product
industry and experience with external service providers, Product,
Legal, Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, Tax and Finance.YOUR
DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON
- Advise customs brokers of clearance instructions or any
specific import requirement relating to Peloton's products, parts,
accessories, and apparel.
- Oversee, measure and audit the accuracy and timeliness of
Peloton's global customs brokers in all markets where Peloton
conducts business.
- Conduct regular audits of Peloton's import data and duty
payments, utilizing CBP's ACE & CBSA's CARM portals.
- Evaluate and assign accurate global Harmonized Tariff Schedule
(HTS) Classifications for Peloton's products.
- Support Peloton's duty drawback and value reconciliation
programs.
- Maintain timely and complete Customs recordkeeping for
Peloton's global imports and exports.
- Support Denied Party Screening (DPS) as part of Peloton's
global economic sanctions compliance program.
- Assist in the creation and continuous improvement of Peloton's
global trade compliance SOPs and policies.
- Proactively monitor & raise new trade compliance developments
that have the potential to impact the business.QUALIFICATIONS AND
EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of relevant experience working
for an importer of consumer products, Customs broker and/or trade
consultancy.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Customs regulations, the Harmonized
Tariff Schedule, duty drawback, reconciliation and incoterms.
- Licensed Customs Broker preferred.
- Experience with ThomsonReuters OneSource GTM and NetSuite ERP
preferred
- Demonstrates self-initiative and drive to meet deadlines and
work in a diverse, fast paced environment
- Analytical with strong problem solving abilities and attention
to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, with the ability
to work cross functionally , external service providers and global
teams.

salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated
salary range for this position based at our New York City
headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will
depend on numerous factors including individual performance,
business objectives, and if the location for the job changes. Our
