Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Faculty to oversee the
growth of the test prep business by managing a team of
teachers.
Key Responsibilities
Assign teachers to classes and tutoring sessions based on expertise
and availability
Manage teacher performance, development, and onboarding
processes
Maintain accurate records of teacher assignments and manage payroll
for direct reports
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
2 years of experience in educational management
Demonstrated leadership skills
Ability to streamline processes
High degree of organizational skills
