Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of End-to-End Operations to
oversee the implementation and evolution of the E2E Operations
team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the mortgage solutions business
Supervise mortgage production and KPI review, reporting to
executive leadership
Collaborate with stakeholders to drive quality improvement in E2E
Mortgage Operations
Required Qualifications
Ten years of management experience in mortgage origination
(processing, underwriting, closing & funding)
Hands-on experience in building and using pipeline management
reports
Experience managing large groups of staff and managers (30+)
Experience working in a remote environment for a minimum of 2
years
Experience in Wholesale, Mini-Correspondent, and Correspondent
channels
