The RN Manager Assistant Behavioral Health will collaborate with the Behavioral Health Manager. This health system is rapidly growing, while providing great care. RN Manager Assistant Behavioral Health will work with a tenured and dedicated staff to ensure that the department is running smoothly.
The Assistant Behavioral Health RN Manager will be responsible for providing leadership to staff, making sure that patients are receiving the proper standard of care, and providing coaching and mentoring staff of the department. Among duties you'll have are forging and maintaining relationships across staff and departments to ensure the patient care team is to the highest standard.
