Seeking an experienced Full Time Advanced Practitioner for Internal Medicine office just south of Albany, NY. This is an exciting opportunity to join an existing outpatient practice with strong patient demand and hospital affiliated practice support. Group offers routine adult and geriatric health care (including annual physicals for health maintenance, work, school or insurance); routine care for illness, injury and chronic medical conditions; preventive immunizations and precautionary inoculations; women s health services (annual pelvic exams, pap smears); preventive health and wellness services, including cancer screening. Our experienced providers promote a healthy lifestyle and encourage patients to take charge of their own health and well-being. Hours: Monday Friday 8:00 am 4:30 pm REQUIREMENTS: Applicants should have the following:

• Board Certified, NYS License and DEA required
• Applicants should possess excellent clinical skills, communication skills, and a strong commitment to providing excellent care that is team oriented
• Strong interest in the provision of Primary Care. RECRUITMENT PACKAGE:
