  What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  
  
  • Build and maintain partnerships with local community partners, churches, colleges, and universities
  • Conduct recruitment meetings and career fairs to attract top talent
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to create job candidate search strategies
  • Develop candidate pipelines for various positions within the organization
  • Utilize social and professional media networks to enhance outreach to the talent pool
    
    What Is Required (Qualifications)
    
    
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent field of study
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
    • Prior not-for-profit work experience preferred
    • Ability to travel at least 25% of the time throughout the region
    • Excellent communication and organizational skills
      
      How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
      
      
      • Sourcing certification or willingness to obtain certification within one year of hire
      • Public speaking skills and experience
      • Familiarity with MS Office Suite, SharePoint, and HRIS systems
      • Strong multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure
      • Active motor vehicle license and reliable vehicle with insurance coverage
