Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Privacy Compliance Analyst to
monitor privacy compliance activities and provide technical
expertise on privacy matters.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain the Privacy Compliance Program framework,
including policy review and implementation
Manage complex HIPAA projects and conduct privacy due diligence for
acquisitions
Investigate privacy incidents and facilitate required reporting
while implementing preventative measures
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related area or four years equivalent
experience/training
Three years of experience in a large healthcare organization with a
focus on privacy or regulatory compliance
Up to date knowledge of HIPAA regulations and relevant federal and
state privacy laws
Experience managing special projects and collaborating with
multiple stakeholders
Ability to function independently with minimal supervision
